FARMHAND

You would be working with cattle, goats, fencing, row crop, produce, chickens, Livestock guard dogs, dairy, machinery, planting, hay, harvesting, small construction projects, and working with crops: including produce (hand picking, hand planting- no machines), fruit trees, etc etc. You’ll be using hand tools: shovels, rakes, pitchfork, push mower, weed eater, wheelbarrow, etc.

This is a primarily outside, part-time to full-time, year-round position. Experience is not necessary but farm familiarity is a plus. We have multiple farms located all over Tate county that you will be driving to. Pay is based on experience with first increase possible in 90 days.

Job requirements:
18 and over, with a valid clean driver’s license. Must be able to get to main headquarters located 2 miles east of Senatobia. Weekends and holidays are mandatory.
MUST have a newer smartphone with one of these carrier services: Contract- ATT or Verizon or non-contract Straight Talk. No other cell services work on our rural farm locations.
Working weekends and holidays is MANDATORY. Should be capable of working in extreme heat during summer, cold in winter, rain, bending, lifting 50 pounds without problem, etc etc. Start and end times vary throughout the year. Can be as early as 5am and you could get off as late as 10pm.

Work from home, except for short periods of on-site training. Must have reliable internet service and phone service at home. Must have own desktop computer or laptop, capable of running excel and word programs. Must be reasonably literate and efficient with these systems and programs mentioned. Storekeeper/Helper

Position is for STORE OPENER AND PREP

5am-1pm, Tuesday-Saturday’s MINIMUM 20 hours per week MAXIMUM 40 hours per week

MUST live within 10 miles of store location.

MUST have DL and own transportation.

June-August is our busiest season- no vacations during this time.

The ideal candidate is someone with high social skills, very friendly, focused, detail-oriented, professional, organized, fast-paced, good hygiene, clean, and neat appearance.

Must take constructive criticism and direction well. Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in their work. Dress code required.

No store experience is necessary. You will be fully trained, and your duties may include but are not limited to:
