First pot of pumpkin cooked down. This is a very large pot which held 6 pumpkins cut up. Now to allow them to cool so I can peel, smash and package it all up.
I’m not using a blender or food processor. Just my handy tater masher.
Soon I’ll be ready to start making pumpkin pies!
