COME INSIDE 10am-3pm tuesdays through saturdays RAIN OR SHINE! I will be staying open later and later, as more and more produce keeps coming in. The goal is being open 10am until 6pm Tue-Sat.

Making Goat Cheese!
Making goat cheese. This has the perfect texture for lasagna, manicotti, calzone, ravioli or Perogi stuffing. A garnish on top of hearty soups, a crumble over fresh salads, anti pasta or a lovely soft crumble on top of creamy sauce covered pasta. We had some melted on top of our bowl of beef stew for lunch just now. Mmmm
Strawberry Jam!
Strawberry jam $4.
Made without added pectin. Only sliced strawberries and sugar, slow-cooked over a low flame in a heavy-bottom pot for 20 hours. It’s nice and thick, made the old fashioned way and so tasty! Mmm!

Back From Vacation
We are back from vacation. Been busy getting purple hull peas, tomatoes, crowder peas, okra, squash, sweet corn and more ready for sales tomorrow. I will be set up at our new favorite location, right next to the Dollar General in New Town area. I’ll try to be there by 10am and will stay until 6pm.
If you’ve been craving a big juicy, bright red slicing tomato, I’ll sure have them!
